Shipping and Handling

Crimson Cashmere’s delivery partner is LA POSTE for all the orders from France. All orders placed in Europe and outside will be sent by FedEx. These two partners offer the possibility to follow the status of your order at any time thanks to a tracking number that will be communicated to you at the time your order is placed.

Times required for delivery are given as an indication and could be slightly different in periods of high demand, particular in December. Be assured that we will however do our very best to maintain these time delays and satisfy all our customers.

Delivery may occur in the event of an agreement from the customer (in the order form), from the STRIPE payment centre and from Crimson Cashmere. Crimson Cashmere reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a current or prior order.

Crimson Cashmere cannot accept an order where a P.O. Box is given as the delivery address.

Crimson Cashmere could not be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences of the cancellation of an order or a delay in the delivery for any reasons whatsoever, in particular in the event of a strike of the postal services or transports in general. The times for delivery are given as an indication only and should they be longer, this is not a valid reason to claim damages, refuse delivery or cancel the order.
